Eastlan Family
Ministry
Our desire is that Christ be the head of your
household, and at Eastlan, we work to build healthy and strong marriages
and families.
When Christ is head of your household, your
family can be strong. Since churches consist of families, strong families
make strong churches. Strong families can only thrive if we live in close
relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another.
Strengthening Families
God created everything, including man and
woman, so the family is His creation! God’s Word gives the following
instruction to families:
“These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts.
Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and
when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
(Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
The church is also God’s creation, and the
church is your partner in building a family that can weather storms of
life. Eastlan is your partner in your family’s
life. We celebrate with you when you get married. We celebrate with you
when your children are born. When you reach that 50th wedding
anniversary, we celebrate with you by acknowledging your achievement. And,
yes, we celebrate your life when you leave us to be with the Lord.
